As you can probably tell, I am super excited about the release of the new Vegan Shakeology, Tropical Strawberry.
This past week I took a 1 hour Webinar with Beachbody and Darin Olien. It was so amazing to hear the man behind all of the super ingredients that are found in Shakeology talk and express his passion for what he does.
This Shakeology flavor is going to taste like nothing else. It has strawberry, banana, pineapple, papaya, coconut, blueberry and cherry (to name a few). From what we have been told it’s light, fruity, smooth and creamy.

Besides the flavor (which is exciting enough), it’s 100% Vegan. So it is lactose, dairy, whey, soy, gluten, and wheat free!
